Atlassian Terms for Carahsoft Orders

Important:  How this Document Applies
This document governs use of Atlassian products and services that you order through an authorized reseller or channel partner of Atlassian.  Your agreement with Atlassian governing use of Atlassian products and services is indicated below.

U.S. Government Agencies (Server and Data Center products)

If you are (or you are acting on behalf of) a U.S. government agency, then your agreement with Atlassian for use of all downloadable software products (currently designated as “Server” and “Data Center” deployments) is the Atlassian Government End User Agreement (as may be modified from time to time in accordance with its terms).

U.S. Government Agencies (Cloud products)

If you are (or you are acting on behalf of) a U.S. government agency, then your agreement with Atlassian for use of all cloud-based solutions (currently designated as “Cloud” deployments) is the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service (which includes a Government Amendment) (as may be modified from time to time in accordance with its terms).

Non-U.S. Government Agencies

If you are (or you are acting on behalf of) any other customer or end user, then the Atlassian Government End User Agreement does not apply to you. Instead, your agreement with Atlassian is the Atlassian Software License Agreement or Cloud Terms of Service, (which both include a Government Amendment), as applicable (as may be modified from time to time in accordance with their terms).

By executing any order for Atlassian products or services, by clicking “I agree” (or similar button presented to you), or by using or accessing Atlassian products, you indicate your assent to be bound by the applicable Atlassian agreement indicated above.  Such agreement is a legally binding contract directly between you and Atlassian.

If you have any questions about which Atlassian agreement applies to you, contact your Atlassian reseller or channel partner before placing an order.
